What this is

Meals This Week is a meal planning service: a weekly plan of dinners built around your rules, a grocery list grouped by aisle, and a cook mode for the kitchen. It is provided by the Meals This Week team. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need an account to save a plan, a grocery list or your preferences. You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign in email secure; anyone with access to it can sign in as you. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your plans, grocery lists, favorites and preferences.

Free and paid tiers

The free tier is supported by advertising and holds one plan at a time. A paid tier, when it opens, removes the ads and lifts the limits described on the pricing page at that time. Prices and limits may change; we will say so on the site before a change applies to you.

Recipes and content

Ingredient lists, quantities, times, cookware and nutrition values are facts and are free for you to use in your own kitchen. The written steps, the names of the plans and the design of the site belong to Meals This Week and may not be copied, scraped or republished without permission. You may print or save recipes for personal, non commercial use.

Meals This Week is not affiliated with any other recipe or meal planning service. Names of other services appear only for comparison.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to send spam, to probe or overload our systems, or to collect data about other users. Do not run automated tools against the site beyond what a normal browser does. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Allergies, nutrition and safety

Dietary flags and nutrition figures are estimates derived from ingredient lists. Read the full disclaimer. You are responsible for checking product labels, for cooking food to a safe temperature, and for any dietary decision you make.

No warranty and limits on liability

The service is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Meals This Week is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty dollars if you paid nothing.

Changes and ending the service

We may change these terms; the effective date at the top of this page moves when we do, and material changes are announced on the site. We may change or end features, or the whole service, with reasonable notice where we can give it. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
